Nordic gold is a composite metal that contains:

Also, though you do not have to, I often suggest taking your ring off during lifting or other sports or exercise. Metal rings can be uncomfortable when squeezed between fingers.
• The Nordic gold ring should retain its luster and can be polished with standard jewelry cleaners.
• When not wearing, store your ring in a dry location, such as your bedroom or a jewelry box. This will help keep your ring looking good for years to come.
