What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day return period from when you receive the ring. Once you purchase, you can cancel your order anytime. If you run into any problems, send an email to support@lmnawoodrings.com for help, and we will assist you further.

How soon do you ship?

It typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks before we ship your ring. This is because - with some exceptions - we make your ring once you order it. During busier times of year, it could take a bit longer, but we will keep you up to date so you know where your ring is. We ship everything using USPS unless other arrangements get made.

How much is shipping?

We offer free, standard shipping through the USPS. We offer both Express and Rush shipping if you want to get faster shipping. (Please note, this does not change how long it takes to make the ring before shipping. This is typically 1 to 2 weeks from time of purchase.)

Keeping your ring clean and looking beautiful for years to come takes a bit of tender loving care. In general, you should remove your ring when: showering sleeping swimming in a pool or ocean working with harsh chemicals doing work with your hands that can cause damage For tips on cleaning, check out our guide on cleaning wedding rings .

If you are not sure your size, you can order your ring with send me a ring sizer first. We will send you a ring sizer you can use to get your size. If you want to try to figure it out now, you can follow this ring sizing guide to help you figure out your size with or without a sizer.

We get asked about ring widths a lot. Let's face it, most of us don't think in terms of 'mm' and can't really visualize the difference between 8 and 10mm. The most important thing to know about width is: it entirely comes down to personal preference. You are unique and so is your ring, so choose the size you feel happy with. Be creative. Be yourself. Own your own style. From our experience over the years, the most popular widths based on men and women are: Men : 6mm for guys with smaller hands, 8mm for guys with bigger hands, with a range of about 4mm to 10mm. Women : 3mm or 4mm, though the range is really from about 1.5mm to 6mm.

When we lost Nicholas, it was important to us to find a way to carry his essence with us. We found plenty of charms that could house some of his ashes, but we became increasingly anxious to wear them out and about. Chains and charms have a tendency to break, and we couldn’t fathom losing the charm with his ashes.

A well-fitting ring doesn’t have the problem of a broken chain and can be worn anywhere, any time. While we have offered our Memorial Rings as a customizable way to honor and remember a loved one, we wanted one that recognizes the unique nature of pregnancy and infant loss awareness.

Sizing: Available in most US sizes, ranging from 6 to 15, including half sizes. If you need help with sizing, we can send you a ring sizer to help you find the correct fit. Also, be sure to ask about larger or smaller sizes. They are available on some varieties but not all.
Width: Double channel styles are 8mm wide, single channels can range from about 4mm to 8mm (please let us know the size you’d like in the comments when ordering).
Core: Available in tungsten and black ceramic comfort cores.
Materials: Standard inlay is a shimmery pink and blue mica powders. May be made with a single color or use meaningful materials to you, such as birthstones or other materials.
