• Solid koa wood forms the foundation of the ring. The koa comes from responsibly sourced suppliers.
• Abalone inlay uses genuine abalone shell pieces set in the ring, piece by piece. No two rings will have the same pattern or exact design.
• I put a protective coating on the outside and allow the natural oils in your skin provide aded protection to the inside of the ring. So you may notice a duller look on the inside compared to the outside.
• Total width is either 4mm (for smaller bands) and 8mm (for larger bands).
• The koa wood ring is smooth to the touch and shined until glossy on the outside.

What to Know Before You Decide…

I want you to be happy with your ring, so you need to know what to expect when ordering a solid koa wood ring:

• The absolutely most important thing to keep in mind is koa wood is strong but not indestructible. Squeezing or putting too much pressure on the ring can cause it to break. I strongly recommend taking it off during physically demanding activities that may bang up your hands.
• Koa is water-resistant. You can wear it while washing your hands or doing the dishes. But I would recommend (as with most rings) taking it off if you plan to spend long periods of time in or around water.
• The abalone inlay I use features individually placed pieces of shell. Because it is not a strip (like a lot of others use), you may notice small areas where the wood under peeks through. These are generally very small and won’t be obvious when wearing the ring.
• When not wearing, store your koa wood ring in a dry location, such as your bedroom or a jewelry box. This will help keep your ring looking good for years to come.

Of course, you have the standard 14 day return period from when you receive your koa ring with abalone inlay to change your mind if it does not meet your satisfaction.
