Delivery and Production Timelines
All LMNA Wood Rings products are handmade and made to order.
Our production timelines vary for each ring based on many things including – but not limited to – number of orders placed, material availability, and labor availability.
ALL production timelines are merely estimates and are not guarantees.
Even if you have ordered a similar ring from us in the past that does NOT guarantee the timeline for that order will be the same as the new order.
We will do our absolute best to get your order shipped within our current estimated timelines but by placing an order, you are acknowledging production delays may occur due to the things listed above or other reasonable delays.
These delays can be out of our control, and we will do all that we can within our control to get it shipped on time.
We will do our best to notify you if any delays do occur.
If you have any questions regarding the status of your order or are needing your order sooner than the current estimated timeline, such as for a wedding or other special event, email us a nathan@lmnawoodrings.com.
Returns
- In order to start a refund, please contact support@lmnawoodrings.comย within 30 days of the delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.
- We are unable to process refunds for ANY rings containing precious metals and other materials such as gold, meteorite, and opal.
- We are unable to process refunds for any custom rings since every custom ring is made to your specifications.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Cancellations
We accept cancellations as long as you contact us within the first 48 hours of your order being placed. After the 48 hour period ends, we will begin ordering or setting aside materials and begin production shortly.
If you request a cancellation after the 48 hour period, we may be able to cancel your order and charge a fee to cover materials and processing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please keep in mind, processing times of different payment returns can vary based on the method you used. You may need to contact your payment provider for information on when funds will be available once the refund gets approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.
The bank or credit card company should be able to help you determine when the funds will be available again to you. Once authorized on our end, we cannot speed up how quickly the bank or credit card funds will post to your account.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which is out of our control.
If youโve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lmnawoodrings.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when it arrives. Damage done when wearing a ring does not apply.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email support@lmnawoodrings.com.
We will send you instructions on where to ship your ring for an exchange.
Exchanges will take some time to process since a new ring will need to be created.
Shipping
You assume responsibility for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund before funds get returned.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item. These services – provided by the shipper – help protect you should something happen to your package.
