Refund and Returns Policy

Please read carefully before making a purchase or considering a return.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and not be a custom piece.

You cannot return custom items and special orders for a refund. Some clearance items are also not eligible for return but are generally marked as such.

To complete your return, please let us know your order number, reason for return, and any other requested information.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or showing obvious signs of wear and tear.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Custom made items that include any ring not offered as a stock item.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return any premade item within 30 days of receipt of the item. You will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.

Returned items must be in like new condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Custom Items

If you order a custom item, you will not receive a refund once work begins. Typically, work will begin on a custom order within two (2) days of purchase.

We will send you email on custom work to give you status updates. Once work starts, you will no longer be eligible to cancel the order.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

As-Is Items

Some rings or other jewelry sold, typically for a discount, contain blemishes or minor defects. Read the product description carefully to see if it is eligible for refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us for further assistance.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item (even commonly offered styles are unique due to differences in woods and how materials lay), send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
