You can wear the ring during most activities, though you may want to consider taking it off when swimming or submerging your hands in water for long hours or if you are doing any activity that puts stress on your hands.

You should remove your ring before sleeping. If you are not wearing it, store it in a generally dry room, like your bedroom.

If you work with chemicals, similar to acetone (nail polish remover), you may want to take your sea glass ring off to avoid damaging the finish.
