Limited Lifetime Warranty and Return Policy

All products come with a One Year Limited Lifetime Warranty*. The warranty covers several unlikely issues, such as material or manufacturer defects. It does not cover typical wear and tear.

If you notice a defect with your product, please reach out to us within the first year of ownership.

Please note our lifetime warranty does not cover repairs or refinishes due to negligence, exposure to harsh chemicals, abnormal environmental conditions, use contrary to care instructions, or physical loss of the ring.

Please also note that all our rings are handmade and made to order.

Due to the handmade nature of each product, there will be some very slight variations between what is pictured on the website and what you receive.

Size Exchanges

We cannot resize rings. When you request a Size Exchange, you will receive a similar ring in your adjusted size.

Here’s what you need to know about Size Exchanges:

  • We offer ONE free size exchange for your ring(s) as long as you notify us within 30 days of the delivery date and ship it back to us within 45 days of the delivery date.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer (aka you) is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Your ring(s) must be returned in the condition that it was delivered in. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • We will NOT start work on the size exchange until we receive and inspect your original ring.
  • Our Size Exchange Policyย DOES NOT apply to custom rings, one size only rings, or any ring that contains precious or semi-precious materials.
  • If you need a size exchange after 30 days or for a custom ring, please email us and we will get back to you with a material and labor fee for a new one.
  • If you are unsure of your ring being eligible for a size exchange, please read the product description and reach out with any questions.

Please note our size exchange policy does not cover size exchanges due to weight loss or gain.

This policy does NOT cover size exchanges for free ring gifts.

Refunds

  • In order to initiate a refund request, please contact support@lmnawoodrings.comย within 30 days of the delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • We are unable to process refunds for any custom rings since every custom ring is made to your specifications.
  • We are unable to process refunds for ANY rings containing precious metals or materials.
  • If you have any questions on how a custom design will look, please reach out to us. We will not process a refund on a custom order because you do not like how it turns out.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations as long as you contact us within the first 48 hours of your order being placed.

After 48 hours, work typically begins.

If you request a cancellation after the 48 hours from purchase, we may cancel your order for a processing and materials fee.
