Answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
Are all your rings really hand-made?
Yes, every ring is hand-made in my shop by me, Nathan. I don’t outsource production or hire random “artisans.” But like many other producers, I do use some pre-made cores for the rings, for example, I do not have my own tungsten melting forge and molds.
Is every ring made of wood?
I make many rings using wood as a primary feature. Some are solid wood with added highlights, others are simple wood. But I also have several rings that use a variety of other materials, like silver, opal, gold leaf, powder pigments, copper, dinosaur bones, tank scrap, and many more unique and common materials.
How quickly will my ring ship?
Typically, about 2 to 3 weeks. This allows for production of the ring, ordering any materials not readily on hand (if applicable), and other orders ahead of yours. If the ring is a premade ring, often sold “as is,” it will ship within about 1 to 2 days.
What’s your return policy?
I offer hassle free returns within 14 days of you receiving the ring/item (not purchase date). The only thing I do not refund is the cost of shipping. I also need you to return the item in the original condition, aka not broken, scuffed, etc. To start a return, please email me at [email protected] with your name and order number.
Does it hurt when you send something back? Absolutely! I am disappointed that I was not able to make the ring up to your satisfaction. But I do give you 14 days (2 weeks) to try out your ring and inspect it. If that initial 2 week period ends and you have concerns or issues, please reach out to [email protected] and let me know. I will do my best to work with you until you are completely satisfied.
Do you really donate to charity?
Yes! I donate a portion of each sale to NILMDS. In case of cancer awareness jewelry, I make a donation to cancer research.
