Description

This copper ring with tank scrap features tellurium copper, a type of copper alloy mixed with tellurium, and genuine scrap metal from a decommissioned Sherman tank or Pershing tank. The copper ring has a comfort core to – you guessed it – make it more comfortable to wear and also easier to take on and off.

These copper rings will not tarnish or turn your finger green, which can happen with lower grade copper products. Storing the copper ring in a dry environment when not worn can help keep the finish looking nice for years to come.

The copper and tank scrap get polished to become very shiny, and the ring gives off an appearance of rose gold – but for a fraction of the cost.

The tank scrap creates a unique pattern in each ring, meaning you will never get a duplicate copy of another ring. Each gets hand-made to order in the United States. I source all the materials I use in my rings from small businesses.

Copper Ring with Tank Scrap Features

You then send your size, along with your order number and name to [email protected], and we will start your order once we receive your size.

Due to the nature of the design, these rings cannot be resized once made.

When measuring your finger, it is a good idea to take at least 3 measurements at different times of day so you get a good idea of just how large your finger is.

These rings are hand-made to order. Your copper ring will not look exactly like the ones pictured. If you envision this as a couple’s ring, they will have similar details, but again won’t precisely match.

Caring for the Copper Ring with Tank Scrap

Copper is a softer metal, but it will not bend easily. It is also possible scratch copper rings. With proper care and removing your ring when your hands might get messed up, you can keep your ring looking new for years to come.

You can wear the ring during pretty much all activities, but if you work with harsh chemicals, you may want to take it off to avoid potential damage.

If you are not wearing it, store it in a generally dry room, like your bedroom.
