Orders and Shipping

I make every ring by hand. The process often takes about 1 to 2 weeks from when you place your order. In some cases, I may need to order supplies to finish your ring. This will delay time by a few days. Once I finish the ring, I will ship it to you and that can take a few days depending on the carrier and your location.

You can change your shipping address anytime before I ship you ring. To do so, just email me at [email protected] with your name, order number, and address to mail to. I try to keep you updated on your order’s status before shipping, so you should have a warning if the address is wrong.

I will provide a tracking number when I ship your ring or other item.

I do not store your credit card information directly. This is done with third-party companies, like PayPal.

I charge sales tax based on your location per your state’s e-commerce tax laws. 

I ship to the United States and several other countries. For specific questions, please contact me.

Generally, yes. I have never had an order where I had to send rings in more than one package to the same address.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

I offer a 14 days from date of receiving the ring or item to examine and return. The item must be in new condition. You can read the full return policy here.

If, by chance, you receive the wrong item, please let me know at [email protected]. Let me know your name, order number, and the issue when contacting me. I’ll have your return the ring and then will send you the correct ring. 

I take care when packaging your ring or other item. If there is a problem when you receive the ring, please contact me at [email protected] and we can discuss next steps.

Please let me know as soon as possible. I try to ship the item out within 1 to 2 weeks. Email me at [email protected] if you need to update your shipping address.

If you cannot do it directly through my website, please email at [email protected] to make a cancellation. As long as it has not shipped, I will generally provide a full refund.
